Are you falling victim to this? 🥴

Hello 👋

Happy Easter 🐣 - I have a gift for you today, read on to redeem (be quick)!

Are you a victim to decision fatigue?

“Rhi, what are you talking about now?”

Trust me this is a powerful one.

This one you might not even realise you are a victim of.

But if you allow it, it will consume you.

On a day to day basis you have to make SO many decisions:

🤯 What to wear that day

🤯 What route to drive to work

🤯 What to pack the kids for school

🤯 What to eat, when to eat, where to eat it

The list is endless.

These decisions, although they may seem small, are exhausting your abilities to make good choices.

This is known as decision fatigue.

So it is no wonder that by the time the evening hits you can’t be bothered to cook dinner, do that workout or plan the next day. You are mentally exhausted!

That is why you will reach for the most accessible thing. Be that biscuits, crisps, ready meals, takeaways & then sitting on the sofa scrolling on Instagram or watching Netflix.

How do we beat that feeling?

Creating & establishing habits.

This is a repeated behaviour that you do often & regularly sometimes without knowing you are doing it. Which in turn frees up your ability to think clearly & have more energy!!

A habit doesn’t happen overnight (shame!). You have to work at it. On average it takes around 66 days for a behaviour to become automatic.

So if after 2 weeks you aren’t seeing progress, DO NOT GIVE UP! You must give this time.

Start simple:

🎯 Lay your clothes out the night before

🎯 Pack the kids lunch before you go to bed

🎯 Plan your food the day before

Trust me, this stuff works! Give it a try & let me know how you get on.

It’s time to beat the habits that are holding you back.

I have something for you that will help you beat decision fatigue, it is called “The Survival Guide” that I believe every mum needs…
