So, if you want to accomplish a sexy body that will make you feel proud when you look in the mirror, here is what you need to do for the next 90 days 👇🏼
Find your calorie deficit target. Weight in pounds x 10.
Example: 200lbs x 10 = 2,000 calories.
That is your deficit target you are working with for the next 90 days.
Workout your daily protein intake. Weight in pounds x 0.75.
Example: 200lbs x 0.75 = 150g of protein.
That is your daily protein intake in grams.
Download MyFitnessPal, enter the above targets and start logging and tracking all of your food and drink each day to ensure you are hitting the above targets.
8,000-10,000 steps to be taken on average each and everyday.
That is step one.
If you do this everyday for the next 90 days you WILL get results.
